Every business venture needs a launch day. Today I launch Enterprise Data & AI (entdn.ai).
entdn.ai is an idea that’s been bouncing around my soul for a while. We implement data science, machine learning, and AI solutions.
If you visit the site, you will find a use case that essentially describes an LLM (large language model) trained on customer service interactions data. This use case was inspired by a client. The LLM retrieves a ranked list of responses to a customer request, from which a customer service representative can curate – and then craft – a response. It’s an elegant solution that divides labor between AI and humans, with each doing what they do better and faster than the other (in late 2023, at least).
As we (and our guests) on the Data Driven Podcast often say, “First you get the data.” Frank La Vigne, my Data Driven Podcast co-host and brother from another mother, recently registered firstyougetthedata.com. It redirects to datadriven.tv at present and it’s a great reminder of the importance of data engineering in the fields of data science, machine learning, and AI.
Between entdna.com and entdn.ai, our consulting offerings now span an important gamut from data engineering through data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. I cannot wait to see where we go from here!
