How about some package meta design thoughts? For optimal enterprise level management of large numbers of packages.
Designing and organizing package implementations to best support centralized management, monitoring, and error reporting.

I’m glad you asked :-).
Sometimes we are constrained by a predetermined load window for large data volumes which cannot be catered for with a “normal” ETL approach. What methods and design patterns do you use in such cases?
