My Learning Resources for SSIS

People often ask me, “Andy, where can I learn SSIS or learn more about it?” Well, you’re at one such location – my blog! I’ve been blogging about SSIS for about 10 years as I type this. There’s a lot posts here about SSIS – that’s the good news. The bad news is: There’s a lot of posts here about SSIS.

  1. OK will do. Let me know if you spot any issues with it or think I can improve it any. It works well for me especially now I schedule it on PBI Report Server. I have few projects and about 300 packages, not sure if it works with more complex setups. Especially good at looking at errors and see which packages/steps are slow.

    We use Jamie T’s prefix’s so I’m thinking of adding these categories and any where we’ve not named correctly. Also probably going to have the details of project and package parameters.

    I’m in Manchester, UK. I’ve not checked what in this years event. I think it’s around July.
